I work with individual clients in both the short and long-term, depending on your goals. This work involves exploring your story in some depth, rediscovering and building on your inherent strengths, developing new skills, and innovating strategies to navigate obstacles and dilemmas. 

The first session or two are usually focused on gathering information, assessing whether we are a good fit to work together, and collaborating on a plan to address your concerns. Following that, work might involve exploring past experiences and relationships, learning new skills to manage emotions or tolerate distress, processing trauma, making helpful changes to your environment, or working to change unwanted behaviours.

I meet with clients in-person out of my office in Downtown Vancouver. In some cases I may provide online / Telehealth services.
